1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to MAAYA (referred to as "MAAYA", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by MAAYA DIVINE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, an enterprise incorporated under the laws of India.

These Terms and Conditions govern your visit to and use of the MAAYA website, online store, interactive 3D digital showroom, mobile interfaces, and associated divine purchase services (collectively, the "Platform"). By browsing, placing an order, or entering our digital spaces, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent.

2. Nature of Sacred & Handcrafted Products

MAAYA is dedicated to bringing authentic, sacred, and meticulously handcrafted divine objects from traditional workshops, sculptors, and heritage artisanal centers straight to your sanctum and home.

• Handcrafted & Natural Variations: Our statuary, idols, brassware, ritual implements, and sacred decor are individually shaped, cast, carved, or finished by skilled artisans. Subtle natural variations in metal tone, patina, stone grain, weight, and hand-chiseled features are inherent hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship and shall not be classified as defects.
• Sacred Consecration Readiness: While artifacts are crafted adhering to traditional Vastu and iconographic proportions (Shilpa Shastras), physical items delivered are consecrated only where specifically designated in the product listing. Personal pujas or Pran Pratishtha rituals remain the responsibility of the devotee.
• 3D Showroom & Digital Representations: Our interactive 3D platform offers spatial previewing of dimensions, lighting, and placement. While we strive for absolute visual fidelity, real-world color balance may vary under differing home lighting conditions.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment Terms

All orders placed through our Platform represent an offer to purchase under these Terms. We reserve the right to verify, accept, or decline any order at our discretion (including in cases of pricing inaccuracies, stock constraints, or delivery non-serviceability).

• Domestic Orders (India): Prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Accepted payment methods include UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards via certified gateways (Razorpay), and select Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification: For orders placed with Cash on Delivery within India, our fulfillment desk will conduct telephonic or SMS confirmation prior to dispatch. Unconfirmed COD orders will be withheld or cancelled after 48 hours.
• International Orders: Prices are displayed in designated global currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.). Payment is securely processed via Stripe or PayPal. All international sales are conducted on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis; customs clearance, destination tariffs, and local taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content featured across our Platform—including the "MAAYA" wordmark, brand insignia, logos, 3D architectural showroom models, digital assets, product photography, ritual guides, and software code—is the exclusive intellectual property of MAAYA DIVINE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Unauthorized extraction, scraping, reverse-engineering of 3D showroom rendering pipelines, commercial reproduction, or redistribution of our proprietary assets is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Shipping, Transit & Title

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the consignment to the shipping carrier. While we partner with premium global logistics providers, delivery schedules remain estimates and may be subject to customs inspections, adverse weather, or regional logistical disruptions. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAAYA DIVINE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, artisans, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your inability to access or navigate the platform or 3D showroom;
• Delays caused by international customs authorities or third-party logistics;
• Improper handling, installation, or cleaning of sacred statues using corrosive substances after receipt;
• Transit interruptions due to events of Force Majeure (acts of God, natural catastrophes, strikes, epidemics, civil unrest).

In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without reference to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically to reflect legislative updates, technological advancements, or changes in our operational procedures. The revised date at the top of this document indicates when changes take effect. Continued use of our Platform following any updates signifies your agreement to the modified Terms.
